3/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon extract
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Beat together the first 4 ingredients. In separate bowl, mix together next 3 ingredients. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Cover and chill dough for at least 1-hour. Roll-out dough to 1/8 inch, cut shapes, and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 5-10 minutes, or when edges are just barely starting to get brown.
