3½-4 lb Boston Butt
16 oz Sweet Pickle Relish
12 oz Catsup
16 oz Barbeque Sauce (Open Pit)
Chicken Broth (if smoking)

Boiling Method:
Put the pork in a large pot and cover with water. Cook until it is done. Remove the pork and let it cool. Reserve the broth.

Smoking Method:
Smoke the pork using your favorite rub and wood. Let cool.

Remove the bone and fat and shred the pork with your fingers or two forks.

Mix the pork, relish, catsup and barbeque sauce well. Pour a little of the cooking liquid or chicken broth over the pork mixture so it does not dry out.

Refrigerate.

This recipe is from my Dad. He always used the boiling method, and I did also at first. After I got my smoker I switched to that method. Either way is very good.
