1 - 18.25 ounce box white cake mix, without pudding
4 c rhubarb, chopped
1 c sugar
1 c whipping cream
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Empty the cake mix in a glass cake pan and then pour the chopped rhubarb over the dry cake mix. Sprinkle the sugar and then pour the cream over the rhubarb. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes.

You will want to make this recipe several hours before you serve to allow the cake to set before you cut it.
