Ingredients:
3 1/2 Lrg Over Ripe Bananas, mashed (1 2/3 cups)(might not make 2/3 cups, thats ok)
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
2 cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar, pkd
1/2 cup Butter, softened (1 stick)
1 Egg, beaten
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped or whatever nut you want

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Grease & flour a loaf pan.
In a bowl mash bananas until creamy & stir in lemon juice until well combined. Add vanilla, buttermilk & egg stir until well mixed then add the chocolate chips, & walnuts - mix well. Set aside.
In another bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon & salt. Set aside.
In another bowl cream together butter & sugars until well blended.
Add banana mixture into creamed sugar mixture, stir well.
Add the dry mixture into the wet mixture & STIR GENTLY (fold in), just until the flour is incorporated.

DO NOT OVER STIR-(there will be little flour still in the mixture but don't worry about that because when you pour it into the pan it will mix in).
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake in center of rack for 1 hour & 10 min. (Cooking times may vary so please check on bread by inserted a toothpick or skewer to check for doneness).

When bread comes out of oven you can brush the top with butter if you desire.
Let cool in pan until cooled. Wrap & refrigerate (It will taste better the next day).

***NOTE: After 1 hour I check for doneness by shaking the pan - if you see the center jiggle than let it go for 8 min. then check again.
