1½ lbs. round steak (1" thick)
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
Directions:
Butter the center of a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle 1/2 of the dry soup mix on the foil. Place steak on top. Sprinkle the rest of the dry soup mix on the top of the steak. Spread mushroom soup over steak. Dot with butter. Bring foil up and over steak. Bake on cookie sheet @ 375º for 1½ hours.
