Chicken Parts; legs, thighs, breasts
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Grill seasoning
Whole Garlic

Chicken stock
Thickener

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken parts in baking pan, one layer
Drizzle olive oil over all.
Salt & pepper + grill seasoning to taste
Oven temp 400° -- 30 to 45 minutes
At the end of cooking time, turn oven up to broil and crisp the skin a few minutes.
Slice the top off whole garlic, put on foil (seal to roast) add olive oil .
Roast a whole garlic in the oven for the chicken gravy.
Mash it with a fork

Chicken Gravy:
Simmer chicken stock and then thicken.
Kep to simmer after thickens and add the mashed roasted garlic.
