1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 lb italian sausage
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp oregano
1 Tbsp basil
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
12 oz tomato paste

Cheese Mixture:
12 oz cottage cheese
12 oz ricotta cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp parsley
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
12-15 lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and sausage with onion and garlic. Drain. Add salt and next 5 ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. Cook lasagna noodles.

Grease 13x9 baking pan. Combine cottage, ricotta, eggs, pepper, 2 Tbsp parsley, Parmesan and 1/2 of the mozzarella. In the pan layer sauce, noodles, cheese mixture... repeat.

Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 375º for 30-40 minutes or until cheese is thoroughly melted.
