2 large Skinless Bonless Chicken Breast
3 tsp Olive Oil
12 oz Chow Mein Noodles
3 cps finely shredded Cabbage
2 cps Bean Sprouts
6 Green Onions chopped
3 Celery stalks sliced thinly
4 tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 cp Water

For Sauce
4 tsp Corn Starch
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Cooking Wine
4 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Ginger

Directions:

1. For sauce mix together corn starch and Soy sauce
2. Add rest of sauce ingredients and mix well
3. Slice chicken in thin pieces and pour sauce over chicken
4. Marinate for 10 minutes
5. Heat oil in wok over high heat
6. Add chicken, celery and garlic
7. Cook chicken until outside is white but inside still pink
8. Add cabbage; cook until chicken is done
9. Add noodles, sauce and water; stir fry about 2 minutes
10. Add bean sprouts and green onions; stir through quickly then remove from heat
