1 ¼ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
3 c plus 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour

½ c chopped pecans (opt)
⅓ c packed brown sugar
1 ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

1 ½ c granulated sugar
¾ c butter or margarine (1 ½ sticks)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 container (16 ounces) sour cream

1 cup confectioners sugar
4 or 5 tsp. milk
½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1, Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease fluted (Bundt) baking pan and dust with flour.
2. Combine baking powder, baking soda, salt and 3 c. flour. In a small bowl combine pecans,
brown sugar, cinnamon and remaining flour (1 Tbsp).
3. In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat granulated sugar, butter and vanilla until creamy.
Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Alternately beat in flour mixture and sour cream, beginning and ending
with flour mixture. Beat just until blended.
4. Evenly spread 2 cups batter in prepared pan. Sprinkle with half of nut mixture.
Top with 2 remaining cups of batter. Sprinkle with remaining nut mixture and any of the remaining batter.
5. Bake cake 55 to 60 minutes or until center is done. Cool cake in pan on wire rack about 10 minutes - loosen and dump on rack to cool completely.
6. Prepare glaze (conf. sugar/milk & ½ tsp. vanilla) in small bowl.
Drizzle over cake.
