2 large loaves white bread )cubed)
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 lb. bacon, sliced
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic (optional)
4 krainerwurst (smoked sausage), cubed
4 slices (1/3” thick) smoked ham
1/3 small smoked tenderloin (pork butt), optional
1-1/2 dozen eggs

Mix yeast with 1/4 cup water, 1 tbs. flour, 1 tsp. sugar; cover and set in warm place to rise. Fry bacon, add ham, krainer wurst and tenderloin and fry. Put in diced bread. Add yeast mixture. Add eggs (beaten) and mix well with hands (if to dry, add a little milk). Place in greased pan and press down smoothly. Place covered pan in warm place to rise for 3 hours. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
