Bacalao
Onions
Green peppers
Garlic
White potatoes
Oregano
Bay leaf
Crushed red pepper
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bacalao overnight, changing water several times.
In a large pot, layer the ingredients as follows:
Fish on the bottom, sliced onions, green pepper slices, chopped garlic. Sprinkle with oregano and crushed red pepper. Add bay leaves.
Pour 2 ounces of olive oil over all.
Cut potatoes into rounds as the last layer.
Cover with water and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Serve with white rice.
