2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup melted butter
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 egg
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together.
Beat egg.
Add milk, sugar, butter, and orange rind.
Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Turn into greased pan and sprinkle with the following mixture:
1 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. orange rind
1/3 cup nut meats.
Sprinkle evenly over batter and bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes.
