1 cup dry oats
⅔ cup coconut flakes (toasted if preferred)
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup ground flaxseed (if preferred)
⅔ cup chocolate chips
⅓ honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. In large bowl combine all ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
2. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
3. Roll into balls of preferred size.
4. Store in airtight container in fridge.
