2lbs frozen corn kernels
4 tablespoons butter
8 oz (1 small container) plain cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine corn, sugar and salt in slow cooker.
2. Pour milk over top of corn.
3. Dot surface with butter and cream cheese.
4. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours.
5. Stir thoroughly before serving. If consistency is too thick, stir in milk. If too thin, let stand for a few more minutes as it will continue to thicken.
