3 cups flour
2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Chicken pieces
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, paprika, and salt.
Beat eggs, milk and lemon juice in a bowl.

Dip chicken pieces in flour, egg, and then flour again. Chill 2 hours.

In electric skillet, heat 1/2" of oil to 375º. Fry in batches 10 minutes per side. Reduce heat to 250º cover and cook 25 minutes or until done.
