Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Cans of Campbell's Tomato Soup
3 Cans of Water
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 small onion, chopped finely
½ C. long grain white rice + 1 Tbsp (uncooked)
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put soup and water and 1 Tbsp. rice into a medium dutch oven. Heat to just below a boil over medium heat. Meanwhile, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, ½ C. rice and salt and pepper. Form into meatballs and add to the soup mixture. Cook for about ½ hour over low to medium heat until the soup is thickened and the meatballs are cooked through. I like to break up one meatball so there are a few meat chunks in the sauce.

Personal Notes:
Serve with (or over mashed potatoes) - this is the definition of comfort food.
