Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 packages of Oreos - You will have plenty left over (don't judge me)
Vanilla ice cream, softened
¼ C. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Crush one package of the Oreos in a food processor if you prefer a finer crust or in a plastic bag if you prefer a chunkier crust. Add ¼ C. melted butter and stir until moistened. Bake in a 350 oven for about 6 minutes in a removable bottom tart pan. When the crust is cooled, spoon the softened ice cream onto the crust. Top with coarsely chopped Oreos and freeze. You can also drizzle your favorite caramel or chocolate sauce over to make this even better!!! Serve frozen!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a very versatile recipe. You can use any pan that you have and any flavors that you like. You may have to adjust (more or less crumbs for the crust depending on the size of your pan. I have made so many different versions of this - mint Oreos and mint chocolate chip ice cream is always a hit.
