½ Cup vegetable oil
¼ Cup milk
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the flour and the salt. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the oil and the milk. Stir together until mixed. Roll out on a floured wax paper or pastry cloth. This recipe makes enough pastry for a two layered pie.

My mother Marie Burner always used this recipe. It is flakey and delicious and oh so easy. I used it on my chicken pot pie, quiches, pies and anything else that needed a crust!
