Crust
1 cup sifted flour
5 tablespoons powder sugar
1/2 butter
Mix together
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups rhubarb,cut fine
Directions:
Directions:
Blend together crust ingredients and press in ungreased 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 pan. Bake in 350º oven for 15 minutes.
Mix together 2 eggs beaten, sugar, flour, salt and rhubarb.
Spoon into crust and bake 35 minutes a 350º. Serve with plain cream or whipped cream.
