Ingredients:  
1 small package strawberry or lemon jello
2 cups cooked and sweetened rhubarb
2 tablespoons orange concentrate or juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lemon
1 package cream cheese
1/2 cup dream whip

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in sweetened cooked rhubarb. Add orange and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Blend in cream cheese. Fold in dream whip. Chill overnight

Grandma Chapman’s recipe box contained several different rhubarb recipes. Rhubarb plants were abundant at Grandma’s as well as the farmhouse that I grew up in. The first picture is dad, Uncle John Joyce and Michelle, Uncle John’s and Aunt Jean’s oldest daughter.The next one is of dad and Grandpa Roesch.
