3 tablespoons or ½ package jello- any color to suit occasion
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter
1/4 cup cold water

Beat in double boiler until it stands in peaks. Remove from stove and beat 1 more minute. Then spread on cake.
