1 sheet frozen puff pastry
1 egg
4 oz cream cheese
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp water
1/4 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
3 oz Gruyere cheese, coarsely grated
3 oz sliced ham torn into pieces
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley

Directions:

Unfold defrosted puff pastry sheet, Cut into a 10-inch circle.

In a cast iron skillet, heat cream cheese, lemon juice and water on low until melted and smooth. Stir in sour cream, mustard, thyme, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Fold in meat, cheese, ham, onions, and parsley. Heat through about 3 minutes. Top with puff pastry and bake.
