Sirloin steak
Bacon

Sauce:
½ c. Soy sauce
¼ c. White wine
2 tbsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Ground ginger
¼ tsp. Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sirloin steak into ½ inch slices. Roll up in pinwheels. Wrap in bacon and secure with toothpicks. Stir sauce ingredients together. Pour sauce over pinwheels in a container that has a cover. Marinate for several hours. Grill until desired doneness and bacon is done.

I make the pinwheels 3- 4 inches across. One sirloin will serve 3-4 but depends on how big of eaters they are.
