stick of butter
4 C sugar
1 pint Half and Half Cream

Directions:
Directions:
melt butter in large kettle. Add sugar and cream. Cook until a rolling boil, cook for 25 minutes until a softball stage. Poun on a butter platter. Cool till room temp. Beat till white. Roll into balls refrig
