2 9" pie shells
6 medium chicken breasts, boned and skinned.
2 10 oz. package of frozen broccoli spears, seasoned to taste.
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2½ pints of heavy cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pie crust. Brown and then boil chicken breast until fork- tender with desired seasoning. Cut into bite sized pieces. Cook broccoli with season salt and cut into small pieces. Layer ½ of the chicken, broccoli, mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese in each pie shell. Mix eggs with cream and pour ½ mixture on each quiche. Bake at 325º to 350º for 35-55 minutes.
