2-3 cans of chicken, drained
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, crushed
½ stick of butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, sour cream and soups. Sprinkle in poppy seeds. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle crackers over top. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
