1 1/4 graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups plus 2ntablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
5 egg yolks beaten
1/4 cup poppy seed
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon butter
5 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter

Directions:

Mix crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons sugar together. Press into 9x 13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 325º
Boil milk, 1 cup sugar, egg yolks, poppy seed, salt, and cornstarch together until thick. Remove from heat. Add gelatin softened in water, vanilla, and butter to above. Cool.
Beat together egg whites, cream of tarter and 1/2 cup sugar. Fold into cold custard mixture. Pour into crumb crust. Refrigerate. Top with cool whip I’d desired.
