¾ c. sugar
1 egg white
2 ½ Tbsp. water
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. allspice
¼ tsp. cloves
¼ tsp. nutmeg
8 c. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients. Add pecans; stir until evenly coated. Spread on greased 15x10x1 in. pan. Bake at 275º for 50 to 55 minutes. Remove while warm to wax paper. Cool.
