9 cups of spaghetti sauce
6 cups of cottage cheese
3 boxes of ziti
3 # of ground beef or ground turkey
36 oz to 48 oz grated cheeses

Extra sauce and cheese for over the top.
Directions:
Directions:
Boil the pasta. Toss all ingredients together. Spray 3 to 4 disposable 9x13 baking trays with PAM. Cover each with a bit of sauce. Drizzle sauce over the top. Cover with cheese. Bake at 375º until the cheese melts and the casserole is heated through.
