110g Flour
100g Unsalted Butter, melted
4 Eggs
110g Sugar
20g Black Sesame Seeds
1 tsp. Vanilla or any other flavoring
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine eggs with sugar. Beat until sugar dissolves, add melted butter, mix well.
Sift in flour, add some sesame seeds & vanilla & cinnamon.
Preheat pan on medium heat (DO NOT add oil to pan).
Add a spoonful of dough into the pan & spread thin.
When edges of waffles has dried - flip over.
When golden brown, waffle is ready, take off pan & roll up while hot so as to be easy to roll up.
They will be crisp when cooled.
