1 cup Sugar
1 1/4 Tbsp. Baking Powder
2 cups Water
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 medium Egg
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
1/4 tsp. Salt

Prepare steamer on medium high.
Sift all dry ingredients and set aside.
In another bowl mix water, can milk, egg & butter.
Make a well in the dry ingredients & add liquid ingredients - fill 3/4 full & steam for 10 min.
