3 cups Cornflakes, crushed (measure after crushing)
1 stick Unsalted Butter
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 gallon Vanilla Ice Cream
2 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/3 cup Honey
Chocolate Sauce
Caramel Sauce
Whipped Cream
Cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat once warmed add cornflakes & stir 5 min.
Remove from heat then add sugar & mix well.
Spread on baking sheet & allow cornflakes mixture to cool.
Press 1/3 mixture into bottom of a 9x13" pan. Place soft ice cream in bowl & add cinnamon & mix.
Spread on top cornflakes in pan. Sprinkle the rest of the cornflake mixture over the ice cream gently press dow.
Drizzle with honey evenly over cornflakes. Cover & place in freezer for at least 6 hours before cutting into squares & serving.
