2 Tbsp. PLUS 1 tsp. Butter
1 Egg
1 cup Water
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water with butter until melted on medium high heat. Add flour & stir until thick & partly moist, remove from heat & add salt & egg. Stir until combined. Place into piping bag & squeeze dough into hot oil & fry until golden brown - drain & roll into cinnamon & sugar or just sugar or serve with chocolate.
