1½ cup lukewarm water
2/3 cup sugar
1½ tsp salt
2/3 cup shortening, melted
1 cup lukewarm mashed potatoes
2 eggs
2 pkg dry yeast
6 cups flour, sifted before measuring

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in ½ cup lukewarm water. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, mix eggs, sugar, salt, water, mashed potatoes and shortening and mix well. Add dissolved yeast. Stir in flour. Cover bowl and keep in refrigerator until ready for use. Take out amount needed. Make into rolls and let rise in warm place for 2-3 hours. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes until golden brown.
