3 T olive oil
1 lb shrimp
1 1/2 c thinly sliced red or green pepper
3 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 c chicken broth
1 14/5 oz diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
1/2 tsp oregano
3/4 c black olives sliced
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 oz angel hair pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2 T olive in nonstick pan. Saute shrimp 3 minutes until opaque. Transfer to plate. Heat 1 T olive oil and add pepper and garlic and saute until soft. Stir in broth, tomatoes, oregano, olives and cover and simmer 5 minutes. Uncover and add shrimp and cook 2 minutes. Add black pepper. Toss with cooked angel hair. If too dry add additional broth.
