Ingredients:  
1 lb meat sliced thin, across grain (venison, beef, etc.)
Fresh veg for stir fry, chopped (onion, broccoli, mushroom and/or carrots, zucchini, whatever you like)

Sauce:
1/2 cup water
1 T oyster sauce
3 T soy sauce
1 T cornstarch
1 T Sriracha (warning do not add if within 500 mile radius of Glencoe, MN - too spicy)
1 clove garlic minced

Directions:
Directions:
Heat wok or large sauté pan with a small amount of oil and stir fry vegetables to the degree of doneness you prefer, remove from pan.

Add more oil to sear venison over high heat. Reduce heat, add sauce and cook for 2 minutes, add vegetables back to pan and heat through. Serve over rice.

Quick tip: have partner chop veg, stir fry veg and meat while you make the sauce and drink wine!
