2 c. sugar
3-4 tsp. cocoa powder
½ c. milk
1 stick (8 tbsp.) butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick oats
Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix sugar, cocoa powder, milk and butter in a heavy saucepan. Add vanilla. Heat sugar mixture, bringing to a boil. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add oatmeal. Stir to completely blend. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and allow to cool
