2 frozed deep dish pie shells
1 lb. lump crab meat (Sam's Club)
4 eggs
2 T. AP flour
1 c. mayo
1 c. milk
8 oz. shredded cheddar
8 oz. shredded swiss
1 T. onion, minced
1 T. green pepper, minced
Old Bay Seasoning to taste

Step 1
Pre-heat oven 350º
Bake pie shells for 5 minutes & let cool.

Step 2
Combine eggs, flour, milk, mayo in a bowl & mix well.

Step 3
Stir in rest of ingredients, being careful not to break up crab lumps.

Step 4
Spoon crab filling into cooled pie shells & bake at 350º for 50 minutes, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
