* 6 ears of sweet corn
* 3 Tbsp of butter melted
* salt and pepper a 1/2 teaspoon of each

Directions:
Directions:
Using a grater , rub the ears against the grater to remove the corn and the creamy corn pulp next to the cob. This process makes the corn very creamy. Pour the corn into a greased casserole dish and stir in the salt and pepper. Pour the melted butter on top and bake in a 375*f oven for 30 minutes or until the top is lightly browned. Serve as a side dish.
