½ lb. boneless skinless chicken shredded
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. white wine
3 tbsp. oil for frying
½ c. whole bean sprouts
⅓ c. onions, quartered
⅓ c. celery, sliced thin
⅓ c. green pepper
1 tsp. accent
1 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. cornstarch
hot cooked rice
chow mein noodles
soy sauce as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soy sauce and wine to use as a marinade, add chicken (marinate as long as possible). Add 2 tsp. cornstarch to chicken and stir to coat. Heat oil in fry pan or wok. Fry chicken. Push meat to the side and add vegetables. Fry for a minute or two (vegetables should be a little crunchy). Blend chicken broth and 2 tsp. cornstarch, pour over meat and vegetables. Stirring as it thickens. Serve over hot cooked rice topped with chow mein noodles. Pass the soy sauce.
