⅔ Cups dried black elderberries
3½ Cups water
2 tbsp. fresh ginger root
1 Cinnamon stick
½ tsp clove
1 Cup raw honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine water, elderberries, ginger cinnamon and clove in saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil
3. Cover, simmer for about 45 minutes. (Liquid should be reduced by half)
4. Remove from heat
5. when cool enough to handle, mash the berries
6. Pour through a strainer. Add honey
7. Store in glass jars

Dosing: ½ - 1 tsp 1-3 x's/day for child
1 tbsp. 1-3 x's/day for adult

Take every 2-3 hours if sick.
