1 pound Lamb, Chicken, Camel, with bones (chicken breasts work too)
2 Tablespoons oil
6 peeled & ground tomatoes (or 1 can diced)
2 large onions chopped
2 Tablespoons boullion (chicken)
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
3 cinnamon sticks
6 pieces of cardamom
2 dried limes
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons garlic powder or 8 cloves
4 cups (1 liter) water
2 cups rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in oil until golden brown. Add meat, tomatoes, spices, and water. Pressure cook for 15 minutes on high (or slow cook or simmer on stove until meat is cooked). Add 2 cups of rice. (Use rice setting on instapot or bring to a boil, cover and simmer 20 minutes or unitl rice is done.
