2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Directions:

On medium high heat on stove add cream to pot until it reaches 190ºF (about 5 min.)
Stir, then add lemon juice. Simmer for 5 min., & continue to stir.
When cream begins to bubble slightly reduce heat.
Remove & rest at room temperature for 30 min.
Line a strainer with cheese cloth, make sure it is set in place.
Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Drain. You will be able to use this after it is done.
