1 pound pork sausage
1 pound ground beef
2/3 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated
2 eggs
1/3 cup Italian parsley, chopped
1/3 cup onions, finely minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
enough milk to moisten breadcrumbs

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and then form into 2-inch meatballs. Brown in a skillet with a small amount of olive and vegetable oil or bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
