Chopped romaine and red leaf lettuce
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
Grape tomatoes, cut in half
Cilantro, chopped
Green onions, sliced
Carrots, shredded
Corn
Meat: cooked chicken or pork
Shredded cheese
Crushed tortilla chips

Dressing:
1/2 cup bottled ranch dressing
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin

Lime Dressing:
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 tsp

Assemble salad ingredients.
