2/3 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp thyme
1/2 tbsp basil
1/3 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp celery salt
1/2 tbsp sage (optional)
1/2 tbsp marjoram (optional)
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried mustard
4 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp garlic salt
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp ground ginger
3 tbsp white pepper
2 tbsp accent (msg) (optional)
2 cups flour or 1 cup flour and 1 cup almond flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix herbs and spices together. Then mix well with flour. I kept the herbs and spices separate and only mixed up enough flour and herbs for the amount of chicken. I used 1/2 cup flour and 1/4 cup almond flour mixed with about 2 tbsp spices..
Dip chicken in beaten eggs, or eggs and buttermilk or yogurt. Then dredge in flour and spice mixture. Bake at 350ºF for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
