Sliced french bread
Butter
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 Tbsp mustard
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
12 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Butter bread. Lay on bottom of 13x9 greased pan. Fry sausage until crumbly and drain fat. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix together mustard, milk, salt, pepper and eggs. Pour over all. Spread entire can of soup evenly over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

I have made this every Christmas morning for many, many years. Don't freak out over the cream of mushroom soup. No one will know it! It resembles a biscuits and gravy flavor that is delicious.
