5 scoops serving spoon Ladles Flour
4 scoops serving spoon Ladles Cornstarch
1 can Beer, any type
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:

Mix flour & cornstarch together to combine.
Add beer enough to make a thick batter. Let sit for 30 min.
Use to coat fish, vegetable, etc.
Deep fry until done.
