1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Orange Zest
5 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter, melted

FILLING:
2 Eggs
2/3 cup Sugar
12 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. Orange Zest

TOPPING:
4 cups Whole Fresh Strawberries
1/4 cup Red Currant Jelly, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Spray 9" pie pan with cooking spray.
Combine crumbs, 2 Tbsp. sugar & 1 tsp. orange zest in medium bowl. Stir in melted butter until crumbs are moistened. Press into bottom & up sides of pan. Bake 6 min., or until set.

Mix eggs & 2/3 cup sugar in food processor, 1 min., or until smooth. Add cream cheese; pulse to break up until smooth. Add all remaining filling ingredients & continue to mix until smooth. Pour into crust.

Bake 30 - 35 min., or until top is firm when gently shaken & outside edge is slightly puffed. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Cover & refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least for 5 hours or overnight.

Arrange strawberries over top of pie; brush with jelly. Serve cold. Store in refrigerator.
