1 lb whole green beans, ends trimmed
4 slices center cut bacon, cut in half
olive oil spray (or just olive oil)
pinch of salt
fresh cracked pepper to taste
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch the green beans for 3 minutes in a pot of boiling water. Dry on clean towels or paper towels.

Preheat oven to 400º. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray (or brush on olive oil). Make even bundles of green beans and wrap each in one half-slice of bacon.

Place bundles seam side down on a baking sheet. Lightly spray tops (or brush) with a little more oil. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

Bake for 14 - 16 minutes.

I found this recipe on a blog called Skinnytaste, despite the bacon. I made it the Easter after Julian was born when we had my in-laws over for dinner. Can't go wrong with bacon.
